14ª Bienal do Mercosul
This complementary project by the Mercosul Biennial Foundation proposes to establishments in Porto Alegre and Viamão the challenge of creating a dish or drink with the concept of the 14th edition: ESTALO — movement, agility and activation — and making it available on the menu during the show, between March 27 and June 1.
The idea , which stimulates the gastronomy sector, also important in the creative economy, was launched in 2022 and in the first edition, dozens of bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants in Porto Alegre joined the project, which returns in 2025 with the ambition of expanding this universe. The objective is to create gastronomic itineraries and promote the food-away-from-home sector, putting on the radar several establishments close to where the Biennial will take place.
The project is coordinated by Ana Espíndola and Lucia Porto, with Fernanda Geyer and Fernanda Dora as part of the team.
How to participate
Participation is free and the action will be publicized on the official Mercosul Biennial channels , such as the website, app, social media and press office.
