Businesswoman Carmen Ferrão assumes the presidency of the Mercosul Biennial for the second consecutive term. The president already has plans for the 14th edition: “Making the 14th Bienal is a huge challenge, I consider that each exhibition has its own potential. We are going to work towards this and I analyze that the Mercosul Biennial and Porto Alegre have everything to continue in a prominent position in the international calendar”, she declares.
